Paul Cusick and friends will get ‘The Band’ back together on Saturday May 24 for the School’s ten year celebrations Ball at Pelican Waters Golf Resort. The ‘Jazz Club’ theme for the event includes work by Year 11 student James Bartram in their Graphics class who designed posters and advertising flyers. We aim for a night of fun and frivolity with black and white class and sass as we celebrate this milestone for the School and our community. Guests will be politely nudged to pledge via our Building Fund for the P&F’s ‘Raise the Roof’ campaign to cover our all-weather courts for School Assembly and functions. However, there won’t be any hard sell – ticket prices have been minimised to only cover the event’s costs but P&F also wants our community to financially contribute to this important development for our children. On each table there will be the opportunity to pledge donations for the roof. A feature of the fun will be a visual representation showing ten years of School history and you will be amazed by what was then, and how far we’ve travelled. Tracey Burton and Desley Grant have been collating resources for the production, including a treasure trove of School archives from retired Foundation Teacher, Judy Hall.
