It’s a fascinating topic. Our Junior School Captains, Jordan Muir and Giselle Birtwhistle have joined Senior School Captains, Bronte Latham and Andrew Lilley in being formally recognised by their School in these leadership positions. However, that is not to say that these four fine young people are the only leaders in our close School student community. Leadership practices must change according to the context and with the people in the situation. It is not possible to say that a leader only has certain traits – it depends. Leadership follows those with the skills required for the task.
