CCPS Little Learners – Shooting Stars
Our 3–4-year-old program fosters confident, independent learners ready for more complex thinking and social interaction. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we support language, social skills, creativity, and early school readiness through play-based, child-led learning.
A Day in Shooting Stars (3–4 Years)
Morning
Warm welcome & indoor/outdoor play to settle
Mid-Morning
Outdoor exploration, gross motor play & nature experiences
Learning Time
Intentional teaching, group learning, art, early literacy & numeracy
Midday
Lunch followed by rest or quiet time
Afternoon
Outdoor play, socialisation, group games & building independence
A balanced day supporting school readiness, confidence, and social skills through play and exploration.
