The end of the 2015 School year approaches fast and brings multiple events and celebrations. Next week we have Speech Night Wednesday 7.00pm at the Caloundra Events Centre. Students from Years 6 to 12 are expected to attend, to enjoy the awards and the musical performances, which will be stunning. The performances on their own would be well worth the night out as our wonderfully talented Players will innovate and thoroughly entertain us. Thursday morning at the same venue, our Junior School Presentation will commence at 8.30. Monday 16 November Year 6 Graduation will be held in DEM, commencing 6.30pm, in another very special event. Year 12 Valedictory will be on Thursday 19 November at Pelican Waters Golf Club; and the emotional Year 12 Final Assembly will follow on Friday 20th. Each Junior School class has its Culminating showcase and celebrations and these are always very engaging, fun and sometimes emotional. We look forward to all of these social occasions with our children and community, as we also remember last Friday night’s balmy Halloween Disco hosted by P&F – it was a very happy night that everyone enjoyed. I look forward to sharing our community’s company at Speech Night.
