Learning that’s actually life-like
Designed to support the building of mastery in self-management, self-regulation and self-direction, students are granted greater flexibility and choice as to how they ‘do’ school and are given the tools — and trust — to succeed.
In its most simplistic expression, The Agile Graduate removes the need for participating students to follow the set, standard timetable. This seemingly small, structural shift, however, opens unique opportunities.
In-time: data-driven insight and support safety nets
Central to our approach is ensuring students can access the right guidance at the right time. Regular and timely check-ins, coaching and feedback means support is responsive, but not restrictive.
As part of the program, students also complete regular assessments. This allows us to not only keep track of how they’re tracking, but to ensure that help is always offered, in time.

Personalised learning, for real
The Agile Graduate moves beyond ‘future readiness’ initiatives we routinely see in education like a week of work experience here and there; beyond incursions and excursions; and beyond one-off enrichments like competitions or camps.
It doesn’t run ‘for a few weeks’, over the course of a term, or at set points across the calendar year. Rather,
it provides students with a unique and completely immersive way to learn that’s tailored to them. It’s personalised learning in its truest form. And, it’s our way of showing that we’re ‘for real’ about readying students, for real.
